DISPELLING THE MYTH THAT MONEY EQUALS POWER
“Money does not equal power, because money is nothing more than an inanimate object that has no power in and of itself. The power that money has is the power that is possessed by those who own, control, produce and assign value to it. Those who neither own, control, produce nor assign value to the money that they possess have no power – no matter how much of it they may possess.
Money gives us “the illusion of power” because it allows us to buy things – but all buyers are slaves to those who own, control and produce the things that they buy. Therefore, such individuals or nations are powerless no matter how many things they may possess.
True power only comes from a nation of people’s own production and protection capability. In other words, if a people do not produce the things that they use in life, nor are they capable of protecting themselves nor any of the things that they possess, such a people have no power.”
