I danced Bachata for 3 hours from 11 PM to 2 AM. All that after yesterday morning’s workout has my hips and calves feeling it. But still going to do my morning work out. Day 2 where you at @anamay?

I was 172 when I left for Ghana in May. I lost 16 pounds in Ghana. The couple of Capoeira sessions with Nana Kwame @Obadele Kambon, lots of Kizomba dancing almost every night for two weeks, taught a bit of belly dance, and did a lot of walking.
