Hi, I started working out on Tuesday and have worked out 3 times this week so far. I’m really re-committed this time and I’m super excited. I’m super motivated by the by the Black love event and even bought some healthier food so veggies steamed brussel sprouts, broccoli raab, and alpha sprouts are central meals.
Work out today let me know it’s going to be a long road back but I’m ready.
