  I support dis all day everyday because based on our past & present horrific experiences it will take a while for us to heal & it can’t be rushed either, because I think healing is a journey not a destination. What we have also is like drug or a disease which needs a healthy replacement & rehab, a healthy way to be weened off as it relates to a drug & a cure as it relates to a disease. It’s very possible that hurt people hurt people & abused people abuse people. We don’t have to be exposed to the initial experiences to be deeply affected by them. I think we all have inherited unhealthy learnt behaviors that are toxic that were used as coping mechanisms during war, enslavement & even within disfunctional famlies. We can’t be healthy, constructive people if we don’t do the inner work. Healing has to take place & a reconnecting to Mama Earth 🙏🏿👊🏿🖤
