      I am slowly but shurly changing my diet. Changed to having only fruits/smoothie for breakfast and eating fish seperately from vegetables about 5-7 weeks ago and my digestive system feels much lighter. Next will be: trying to get more non-artificial vegetables (pH level lower than 7).
