Past saturday I was lucky to meet no one else but the second trainer in class so he decided to teach me basics of the ginga, some deceptions and mostly kicks: Meia Lua de frente, Armada, Queixada (dynamic+controlled three-step version), Bencao, Martelo, Gauncho.
After 90 minutes he left and I practiced another 75 minutes alone and closed with a 15 minutes stretching.
Special on top of the special: We used the black-red Dummies for practice! :D
