Accra to Host International Conference of Pan-African Progressive Forces Marking 80th Anniversary of Historic Congress
Over 200 delegates from 57 countries across Africa, the Caribbean, and the global Black diaspora will meet to forge a shared vision for self-rule and dignity.
The event, themed “From Historical Memory to Economic and Political Justice”, will be held at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Discussions will focus on Africa’s current realities, including:
🟠the pursuit of reparations,
🟠economic independence,
🟠combating new forms of dependency.
Key outcomes will be:
🟠a strategic framework for African sovereignty and prosperity,
🟠the adoption of the Accra Declaration, which will capture the delegates’ shared vision and commitments.
