Contrary to how krakka propaganda especially bbc & voa portray so-called “African leaders” to make us all look bad, the “leaders” are an indictment on krakkas themselves since they themselves put them there hence they don’t represent us. A cursory look at voting registration rates across Africa shows clearly that we are not involved and have not attained self-government/self determination yet

The targets are hinged on identity cards issued over an election cycle. Considering that not every adult will apply for an identity card, this takes out upto over 90% from the vote event itself
