The Bes & Beset – Leland Jackson Foundation (BBLJF) is seeking an African‑centered institute to serve as our Official Selection Partner for a new annual awards tradition honoring Black individuals who have made significant contributions and personal sacrifices across twelve life areas.

We are looking for an institution that already has:

• experience reviewing community nominations

• an existing committee or review team

• alignment with African-centered values and cultural integrity

BBLJF will provide: the award framework, criteria, nomination materials, and ceremonial vision.

The partner institute will: review nominations, apply or adapt a rubric, deliberate, and recommend honorees.

The founder & president will not participate in voting to ensure neutrality and transparency.
