I slipped, but I realized that I really, really missed exercising! It has become a part of me! So i got back to it. Only difference is now that its spring, all my workouts will be outside. Today’s routine was:
-100 jumping jacks
-45 forward lunges
-15 reverse lunges
-30 squats
-10 minutes of jump rope (the handles of the jump rope are 5 lbs each)
