      The sista who wrote this still has some learning to do but overall, I highly recommend this book. Empath or not, if you’re suffering from low self esteem because of Babylon and the cavebeasts throughout the diaspora, this book will definitely heal you. Asante.

        In what you described it would be coping, sadly. I do like this book because the sista does go in about not allowing yourself to be labeled by anyone, especially the cavebeasts. She also goes into our connection to the cosmos on a level that I rarely see. It’s not a RGB book but for someone now coming into consciousness, this is a good “appetizer” book.
