Today was arm day! I increased the weights from 5 lbs/2.26 kg to 7.5 lbs/3.4 kg on each arm.
– 4 sets of squat presses for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of plank-lunge row for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of deadlift-upright row for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of oblique twists while holding the dumbbell for 30 seconds each set
🔥 Lots of sweat and burning from this workout. My arms feel so light and my posture improved ✊🏿 ♥️🖤💚
