I’d like to share below a response I found interesting, made by a viewer, Krystan Bray, commenting on a video presentation youtube made by Dr. Jewell Pookrum on Realigning your thoughts and Gene Activation.

“I have had friends who have told me that Dr.Pookrum and myself express many of the same ideologies. I do admit, I have been teaching a process that helps us to align our inner conscious dynamic with our power to create our reality intentionally.

I utilize the teachings from our Kemetic Ancestors. I make this correlation for 2 major reasons: 1. Because as descendants of the European enslavement and colonization of African people we have lost our connection with the contribution to true wisdom African people have made upon this planet. This needs to be corrected within us to better ascertain a recognition of our power. 2nd. The ancient Kemetic teaching tradition of Spiritual Science is unifying. It unies Spirituality and Science so there is no contradiction to confuse and dis-empower us. The presentation itself unies the left and right brain for neuro-balance of a full neo-cortex capability. The African mind has always done this.

The modern western protocol his divided the natural dynamic of creation into two sides, making one good and one evil, and blocking our ability to attain true comprehension of the balances within the building blocks of nature. When we attempt to see everything in terms of good and evil we will naturally attempt to destroy what is evil to protect what is good. This tendency is the “fruit” of the tree or system of knowledge of good and evil. The comparative perceptions of good and evil are subjective perceptual truths that can easily switch position depending on where one stands upon making the determination. When we kill off one side of the dynamic in nature we offset the balance and cause a termination of life at that point.

Consider an electrical current, fed by two charges, one positive and one negative. Should we determine that one of these charges (for example, the negative charge) is evil and the other (the positive) is good, our tendency then, would be to terminate the negative charge. However without both charges the current ceases to exist. This is why we were told that eating of this fruit would cause death. The teachings and practice presented through Ormes Temple expands our awareness in a way that allows our physical nervous system to wire into our immortal spirited soul system starting in our spinal chord and branching out. This connection allows us to then be able to see deeper into our consciousness, both what we are aware of and what we are not, but also helps us to tap into our innite wisdom, beyond that which has become programmed into the physical system through data our receptors have picked upon.
We are able to tap into wisdom of all space/time and even beyond, greatly expanding our power.

This being said, there are just a couple other things I’d like to comment on in this short presentation by Dr. Pookrum: a. She speaks of the ability to bring about spontanious healing through intentionally directing the choices of our thoughts and emotions. This is true. However, it is not always the case. Sometimes it requires a process. Sometimes that process can take a considerable amount of time. This is because of the complexity of the thought/emotions network we have constructed over lifetimes. It may take a while to sift through this and get to the level that will cause the healing to take place.

I mention this only because I want suggest that if you don’t experience spontaneous healing do not be discouraged. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Stay with it. There is a lot of error that has occurred over the lifetimes we have lived (whether you believe in reincarnation or whether you see it as generations of information passed down in the DNA). Stay with it. Whether your healing comes immediately or it takes considerable time and effort, it will be well worth the effort. With the healing comes wisdom. Dis-ease or lack of ease only comes with having our own wisdom base misconstrued and/or misaligned somehow. As we go through our work we regain clarity in enormous amounts.

b.Another thing Dr. Pookrum speaks on is that the experience of dis-ease in our bodies is the result of errors in our conscious thoughts. I recognize this as also correct, but doesn’t stop there. The “twist” or erroneous thoughts may well have been led deep away in our subconscious. In fact, much of what we are creating or manifesting is coming from data, thoughts and emotions we are not aware of. We become like Aunt Clara in Bewitched, trying to manifest the Taj Mahal and coming up with a pink elephant in a liquor store because on the surface we are thinking and feeling for what we want in all the correct ways, but underneath all that, in our subconscious, we still have thoughts and emotions that contradict those on the conscious level. That is why learning the practices of Heart Based Mindfulness (I have learned and do now share from our Kemetic Ancestors) is so valuable to us. It wires us in to be able to perceive first hand that which has become so secluded and hidden deeply in our subconscious “unawares.”

This is the 1st meditation I suggest for any of us, because when mastered: being located in the heart chakra gate, it gives us the skill to be able to bring ourselves into BALANCE quickly no matter what we are going through and thereby affect our circumstances and reality. The natural frequency of the Heart Chakra induces balance. Our Kemetic Ancestors called this the Neter (or Nature) Maat, which means the natural energetic quality of balance. By learning to tap into this frequency we can saturate our being with balance and anything we can spread that field to cover will also fall into balance. This is quite healing in and of it’s self. This is valuable for us as we take on the task of digging deep into our being to know ourselves, which also implies learning to accept and fully LOVE Self. Needless to say, if we have not mastered love of Self, we cannot love another who is a projected reflection of our self in some way or another.

Also, once we can hold our “Self” in Balance at the Heart Chakra gate we can connect to the Infinite Fields of Wisdom, thoughts far higher than the human level. Divine Inspiration comes pouring in even in areas we’ve had not prior exposure. This expands our capability greatly!
Once we have learned to be in the Balancing Frequency of the Heart Chakra (otherwise termed as being “Maat”) we can then explore our lower world chakra gates. Dr. Pookrum mentions the 1st two of these gates when she talks about free will and determination. In the Kemetic teachings these align with the 1st and 2nd chakra gates where the Neter Aset and the Neter Nebethet respectively reside. Aset is the energy of will. She represents the wisdom associated with living on the material planes. She represents the wisdom of the power of thought, word, frequency in manifesting on the material plane. She is like the mother of this wisdom. Her vibratory power is that of strong will, for as Dr. Pookrum so avidly points out, we are able to take control of our thoughts and emotions for the purpose of intentional manifestation of healing or anything else if we have the will and the determination. The will, associated with Aset is the confidence in knowing you have the right as a Hue-manifested Divine Son or Daughter or the Primal Source GOD. This is something that has definitely been tampered with through the ages as we have suffered under the domination of the European people on their quest for power and wealth on this planet under the perception of lack and limitation that caused them a great deal of horrific fear.

We must take our Will back and then balance it properly with all the natures that make up our being. We must heal our will. God forbid it should be tainted with fear causing us to use it the same way the Europeans have been using it in their quest for world domination. Revolution is not the answer here. They too must heal. Perhaps we can be of some help, once we have helped our selves, and visa versa. As long as I’m speaking on this point, allow me to also say, it is not all Europeans who have contributed such wickedness to the planet. Europeans have tortured and killed many of their own down through the ages, people who have held to the ancient teachings, even those originating our of the universities of Kemet that were built all over the planet at one time. There’s a small select group of terrorizing Europeans that have dominated this globe and are even now, still killing off the planet in whole.
The other Neter or Nature Dr Pookrum spoke of was determination. This is the Neter Nebethet of the 2nd chakra. Her power of determination can also be classified as passionate drive. This is the sexual energy, or the energy frequency that causes potential to be birthed into form, (created/as in living form or manifested /as in systems or nonliving form). We must be driven to amass the power to create our reality intentionally no matter what we are facing, what it will take, or how long.
When we are able to see these concepts represented not only in words but in form expressions we are perceiving them with both sides of our neo-cortex brain. This greatly enhances the realization of Dr. Pookrum’s concept “Free Will and Determination gives us the power to choose our thoughts and emotions.” Let me no neglect to say, the more you practice the better you will become. Life will give you many opportunities to practice. Every element of self healing and healing you are able to help impart to others is an opportunity to practice and an opportunity to mastery.

There is one more chakra gate concerning the lower world chakras of the human being. That is the solar plexus gate. It is the the home of two intelligent systems of the Kemetic teachings. 1st is “Set” who is the intelligence of animal instinct. It involves the ego program and survival of the human life through the 5 “Fs” Fight, Flight, Freeze, Feed and Fornicate (fornicate meaning animalistic fucking in response to a natural instinct without any other commitment or consideration. A bitch comes into heat, all the dogs smell her and go after her…. and so the dogs physical life expression is made immortal…. continuing to live from generation to generation simply through this act).

The 2nd Intelligence is known as Heru. Heru is the aspiring mind, the intelligence that seeks to a path of growth beyond the instincts of the human animal. Heru seeks to be like the Father which art in heaven, as the bible has taken it straight from the Kemetic teachings. In this case, the Father is Asar and the Son is Heru, seeking to do what he sees the father do, which is to have a consciousness that is infinite in all potential. Heru seeks to express the same in his life. As he grows and is nurtured by the various Natures surrounding him he becomes Heru Ur, at which point he is like unto the ascended Yaheshua, Christ Consciousness, Enlightened, Nehast, Ascended, Transcending the base element of man kind to be a hue manifested being, Divine Light of Conscious Full of Potential expressed in form. Raised again! Sound familiar?

However in the original context this is something we all aspire to bring forth in our lives. This is beyond Dr. Pookrum’s video presentation above. I only mention it because its part of the lower world chakra system that we seek to unit with the upper world chakra system. That’s quite beyond the scope of my comments, far too long by now. I will close by saying, all 3 of these gates and the natures in them become balanced in the Heart Chakra and that is what brings on the union with the upper world gates and brings us into a one-ness with our own Divine Nature expressed in Hue-manifested form. Such is complete healing. We all have the ability to do this. It may take lifetimes. It may not. We can only know by putting all we have into it. It is the most precious gift of our lives.
