“Whether they understand it or not, white people have organized
themselves in this behavioral system because they are color
deficient. When I say color deficient, I am looking at white skin
as a form of albinism which is a genetic deficiency state that can
be annihilated by anybody with the potential to produce color. If
white people seek survival as a group, they are talking about
keeping the genetic control over people who are classified as
nonwhite. This system has evolved as a sort of psychological
defense to deal with their sense of inadequacy. As long as white
people have privileges, as long as they look functionally superior
to people with color, they can say in effect, ‘well, even though we
