1 set of 500 jumps on the jump rope, 50 jumping jacks, 30 sit-ups, 20 side bridges left, 20 side bridges right, 30 abdominal crunches, 30 bicycle crunches, 40 seconds side plank right, 40 seconds side plank left, 20 V-Ups, 30 Push-ups & Rotation, 100 weighted Afrikan twists, 50 abdominal crunches, 100 butt bridges, 50 heel touches, 30 mountain climbers, 30 crossover crunches, 20 V-Ups, 1:30 plank, 30 seconds back bridge, 60 seconds spine lumbar twist stretch left and right, 1 set of 500 jumps on the jump rope, 5 minutes light boxing sparring with @Kala_Kambon, get it in, get it in!2 Comments-

I can attest to the entire work out because the whole family did it together, including our 2 year old. The only difference for me is that I did 1 set of 400 jumps, not 500. Heading to bed to be ready for the next set tomorrow. [wipes sweat of forehead].
