You got some Black Folk out here who got worn down over time, engaging with white racist trolls online in debates over the race of the Ancient “Egyptians”. The white racist trolls employed a lot of old racist tactics, all in an effort to lay claim to the accomplishments of Ancient “Egypt”. So, some of these same Black People who, once referred to themselves as “conscious”, and used to take these white racist trolls on, having capitulated, have turned around and are now parroting the racist trolls against other Black People. They think using the talking points of white racists makes them look “objective” as opposed to “biased”. As usual, culturally ill, Black People wanna be “fair”, while racist whites just wanna win.

I recently saw a Black Person debating one of these ol’ racist white trolls, who claimed the same ol’ lie about how all we ever had were basic mud-huts in Africa. The Black Person showed the racist troll some of these pictures below, pictures taken in the late 1800s/ early 1900s in Ghana, West Africa. The racist, white troll then proceeded to say that it was the english who built them when they got to Ghana.

The brother didn’t seem to know quite how to respond to that effectively and we were in a space where I knew other Black People, especially younger ones who were just starting their journey into questioning certain things about themselves, their identity, their history, life & reality as a Black Person and so on. So, I stepped in just for a moment.

I simply said to the brother to not bother with the white, racist troll. Just think about it for a second. When the english came to Ghana, it was for purposes of war, colonialism, forced conversions to christianity etc., They had been in an on and off war with the Ashanti for a hundred years. Yet, he’s arguing that in the middle of these hundred years long wars, the english soldiers(kind souls that they were 😃) took the time to build… not churches, but rather shrine houses/ temples to African Gods and palaces for Akan royals. They even took the time and care to meticulously & lovingly 😍 carve Adinkra symbols into the structures. That’s his argument. You don’t need to respond to that.

See, that’s what the dumb-dumb Black Folk who surrendered and adopted the racist, white troll position don’t understand and didn’t understand in their debates over Ancient “Egypt”. That “magic trick” where racist whites basically tell you that something didn’t exist until they got there & lay claim to it? They don’t only do that in North Africa. They go all over Africa and anything they find that they acknowledge as advanced, they claim to be the ones responsible for it.

Now, I’ve never posted these pics to prove anything to racist, white trolls or their melanated minions who work in service to them because that’s just pointless. Those two groups are a match made in hell and I wouldn’t dream of being a home-wrecker to’em. I just think they’re all pathetic.

It’s not just in diaspora, if you show these pictures and told the average Ghanaians that “white men built these temples, shrines, and palaces,” many Ghanaians will agree with the narrative that white men build those structures during the colonial years.

There are many Kmtyw=Black people in Abibman who really believes the propaganda that the Black man didn’t build anything until the white man came and thought us how to be civilized, by building cities, giving us language and how to govern our self by introducing law and and order into Kmt=Abibman culture and society.
