VOLUNTEER MEETINGS
Tomorrow evening’s Conference Volunteer Meeting (Saturday, 17-June; 4pm Eastern / 8pm GMT) is mandatory, as will all subsequent Saturday Meetings will be till the Conference.
Two days prior to the Conference, Wednesday, 5-July, there will be an On-the-Ground Volunteer Meeting designed to familiarize you with the grounds and expected routines. If you are not able to make it, we will provide a Live or Pre-recorded video tour.

VOLUNTEER AVAILABILITY
Important: Please communicate in this group if you no longer can proceed as a Conference Volunteer. If able to continue as a Volunteer, then find your name on the Conference Vendor Spreadsheet and respond back to this Group if you need to change any of the information.

We are assuming that you can volunteer all 3 Conference days. If not, please let us know which day you can not volunteer on.

Your registered name will help us complete a Volunteer Work Schedule. There will be Volunteer-Rotation at most of the Volunteer Stations. However, Volunteers who have indicated a preferred duty will be able to work that area first and the longest.
