I have since come to learn that the Bantu originally came from Southern Sudan, Upper Kemet Land of the Black and the Swt plant. This info is based on the Swahili language that contains much of the classical Mdw Ntr. Then they migrated into West Afrika. Then embarked on their 1500-2000 year old migration route to the Southern hemisphere of Afrika. Many of us ended up in the west.
