I think ULU (or an economic system very much like it) will be the core of the composite. Afrikan “egbes” (clubs) will be the shell… these basic egbe will teach kinship systems and modulation systems (spirituality), elect representatives (ie governments) and join with other egbe into bigger umbrella egbe.
