Greetings family…as you read this I ask the ancestors to help you to endure it a little longer..

Topic: the anti-black within the people of color community. There was a segment today on NPR radio and they were discussing the very topic of having anti-black sentiment within the people of color community. I’d like to hear/ read everyone’s thoughts on that, I believe there was a video that was distributed about this on YouTube but if not there should be that should be a discussion as I have been watching videos and listening to lectures on my daily drive at work. My thoughts on this topic is that because of lack of Education and exchange of culture especially here in America the land of the diverse people there needs to be more of self-identifying but also a cultural Exchange more so especially now that we are in an age where we interact with each other on a more global platform. Please forgive me if all of this looks like a run-on sentence I’m using Google Talk and it’s always not the best of punctuation and things like that. The people who were interviewed were very much so in agreement that there’s a sentiment of anti black and they gave various stories of how different generations of people have grown up thinking that they are better like take for instance the Chinese. I believe the professor’s name was Justin Lee and he said that because they identify or were given the title of ideal minority that this encourage them to look down upon or feel better than the very communities that help support their lives. So I think we are getting the gist of what I want to say here so just leave your comments and thoughts and I’ll check them in the morning!
