My best during the Abibitumi challenge was 196 lbs. currently, I’m up 5 lbs and haven’t made much progress since. My immediate goal is 190 lbs, I think I can get there in 3 weeks.
I was adding oatmeal, coconut milk and raw cashews to my smoothies and that as well as an inconsistent workout schedule, has contributed to my weight gain. I’m going to eat raw fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch and do more cardio and calisthenics.

What is your height? I’m 6’0″.
I was 176.6 this morning. Up from my low of 168.2. Down from my start weight of 204.8.-
That’s a big jump in weight, no Asako lately?
I’m 5’11” and most people are surprised to learn that I’m over 200 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my lower body.

I had a sore achilles tendon so I’ve been going light with no jump rope for the past 2 months or so. Your legs must be tree trunks!

Over the last couple of days I’ve been breaking down the jump rope into manageable sets of 200 instead of my regular 1,000 straight. The leg feels alright after, so I’ll keep it up.
