I’ve been pretty consistent with my workouts, and now I’ve increased my cardio to 2x’s a day. Also, I have a resistance band underneath my desk, and anytime I need a break from the screen, I will stand up and use it for 5 minutes. I think I’ll knock off 10lbs reasonably quickly.
