I’ve just finished my workout:
20 minutes riding my bike for warmup
60-70 minutes of ginga including kicks and the ‘meia lua’ with both feet
2 sets of 20 push-ups
@obadelekambon This is the first time I’m practicing outside and on gras! It’s way better than indoors! And left foot is coming real slow, but it gets better.
