ginga with 120 (10L,10R, …):
– ellbow strikes,
– front kicks,
– meia lua (10L,10R, …),
– side kicks (~reverse meia lua)
-last 10 min ginga incorporating the four above
15min stretching (mostly legs)
Progressing: added a new movement (side kick) and I was listening to Dr. Amos Wilson ‘A Sense of Inferiority’ while watching your Abibifahodie Capoeira videos @obadelekambon: That boosted my motivation!

I’ve been going through a lot of your Abibifahodie Capoeira videos all the time. In terms of training I stuck to your ‘TV3 Sunrise’ video at the beginning, because of the explanation on how to start.
Now I’m constantly adding elements to my training. Guess I am ‘ripe’ for the classes. Definetly exited!-
