I stretched before swimming on Saturday but my calf muscles still cramped up. @kevlew, how are you doing with your fitness goals? I haven’t seen you post in the fitness challenge in a minute!

Yes @kevlew, I am experiencing it live on my legs: they felt pretty stiff the first times I did the kicks. After stretching for weeks, yesterday both my legs felt like flying rubber bands ;)
By the way @obadelekambon I got to know some afrikans that advised me to a capoeira class that acknowledges the combat system. I’ll take part on saturday!-
