Finished my 7×4 challenge upper body workout this morning and doing it with a slight cold was grueling.
30 jumping jacks, 80 arm circles, 30 seconds shoulder stretch, 10 burpees, 20 bare-knuckle push-ups, 30 push-ups with rotation, 20 diamond push-ups, 20 ananse push-ups, 30 bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 push-ups with rotation, 20 bare-knuckle decline push-ups, 20 diving push-ups, 20 diamond push-ups, 20 ananse push-ups, 30 seconds shoulder stretch, 30 seconds cobra stretch, 30 seconds chest stretch.
