Here is a declassified U.S. document detailing a $100 million drone base being built in Agadez, Niger. Maybe re-repatriation isn’t the only answer, It would be much more difficult for eurasians to fight the enemy within. Thoughts?

For clarification link to source article. With re-patriation question I (others here?) see permanently going to the continent as a pinnacle of de-whitanization and re-Afrikanization.
