This morning:
– Deep stretching routine – 30 minutes
– Breakfast- greens, blueberries, bananas, blackberries, and pineapple smoothie.
This afternoon/at work
– Resistance band training with an emphasis on shoulders and chest
– Bought a Stir-fry package, threw in some oyster mushrooms, bean sprouts, and some pink salt. Pretty darn tasty!
I look forward to a strong evening workout, followed by some more stretching.
