IS this a sun up to sun down type of fast or are you just not eating anything for 30 days? Much respect on the fast.

Is it a complete fast? What will you be consuming?

This is a 30 day water fast. So water is all we consuming. Today is day 3 and I’m really struggling. I feel so weak and it’s hard for me to drive. My cravings was at a all time high. I wanted to quit almost every minute. 27 days left and there is no turning back 💪🏾
