Well here is my update on my 30 day water fast. I want to start by saying this was not easy. Unfortunately I was not able to make it pass day 3. Not sure what happened but I become extremely weak. My body started to have pains all over. Could sleep and my Queen almost took me to the hospital. I begged her not to as I was struggling to breathe. It felt as if my heart was being squeezed. I’m not sure why this happened but I’m determined to to try again. 💪🏾

  Sounds rough. Maybe try a juice fast before rushing to water.

    I don’t think his illness was related to the water fast. It came on too quick into the fast. We have never experienced anything like that in any of our previous fasting journeys. A juice fast is a great idea. We will definitely try that next time 😊 .
