Weighed 209 yesterday, and now I’m down to 207.
– This morning 1 hour on the eliptical
– Breakfast Oatmeal with blended fruits (Bananas, pineapples) with blueberries.
Lunch lettuce wrap with beans, mushroom and avocados.

Do you have a weight goal? Last I remember you mentioned something about 205. I don’t remember whether that was a target or end weight.

My target weight is 195, and that was my personal best during the first Abibitumi challenge. At that weight, I working out twice a day and felt amazing. I’m back on that routine…

I’m 5’11 and I eat between 3-4 times a day. I’m cutting it back some days to 2.5 (half being a smoothie).

I’m 6’0″ and I usually eat once a day, sometimes (maybe 2wice a week) I’ll eat 2wice a day. I can’t imagine what eating 3-4 times a day would even feel like. Are you talking meals or like small snacks or what?

Yeah, if I eat four times a day that usually includes a salad and fruits. The longer I work the more hungry I get, and since I sit around all day reviewing financials, I have the time to eat.
I tried the once a day thing and it did not work for me, rather I’ve opted to eat what I want just healthy and or raw.
Did you switch your diet when you started the challenge? You lost a significant amount of weight.

When I started, I was eating 2-3 times a day. I did a liquid-only followed by a live-food fast. The I went to regularly 1-2 meals per day.
