Breakfast: carrot, apple, cucumber juice
Afternoon: Boxing footwork drills 25 minutes
Lunch: rice and eggplant stew
Evening: heavy bag 1 min, 15 sec break, jump rope 1 min alternated 20xs (awesome workout)
205 lbs, not bad that I lost 4 lbs in one week.
