HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM: I am profoundly thankful to have “Mama Mawiyah” Kambon as my biological mother. My father picked her African name, which means “essence of life” She is a community mama to so many and has so much “life” to give all the younger generations of community children and family she supports emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, etc on a daily basis. She does guided meditation as part of her Onipa.com practice to help people mentally decompress from the toxic world we live in. I am super humbled to have helped her launch today a service to help us all deal with the world and share her energy with more of the community.
