Good Morning Family,
I started a couple of pages to assist in the process of rewriting our perspective of Africa & I assisted a local Ghanaian brother in growing his page, with the promise in assisting his local community funding eventually in the future. Our page has outgrown us. We’ve collected 2k likes in less than a week. We have request for group trips of 20 or more. I understand the frustration of the diaspora and the need of information and he understands the culture. Our focus is Ghanaian History and Culture. No post colonial religion or politics. Along the way we have connected with the youth of Ghana and we’re hoping to bridge the divide. We are ĺooking for a couple of people to assist with writing and posting legitimate content. We’re not paying at this point but we have potential to make something big. I understand Social Media, I’m not trying to burn this brother out. He needs help. He stopped University, 2 assist our people. We are 2 brothers who feel we were guided by the ancestors to this point. We don’t have any problem, doing so but at the same time he has a great following that is ready to learn and explore. Eventually the goal is to direct everything to a Black Owned platform, however, pardon the term, but someone has to catch the fish to eventually redirect them. 2k in a week is impressive, which will open doors for this brother and his village to maintaining their own perspective.
