      The past few weeks I’ve been busy at work, so I haven’t worked out much. On the bright side, I’ve figured out a great eating plan, and my weight is still going down. I’m at 200 lbs!

      Interestingly this morning, I woke up at 3 AM because I kept hearing in my head an Abosom song “Obi Ba Kwame,” @Obadele Kambon so I decided to get up and go to the gym.

      Morning Workout routine

      – Incline Chest Press 6 sets 10 reps

      – Decline Chest Press 6 sets 10 reps

      – Bench Press Machine 6 sets 10 reps

      – Dumbbell Shoulder Press 6 sets 10 reps

      – 30 minutes Capoeira Stretching Routine

      – 1-hour Elliptical machine

      This afternoon, I might go to the gym to chill in the hot tub. However, this evening I intend to blast my biceps and shoulders on my home gym.
