Day 1 again. Goal weight 130. 26 pounds to go. Let’s get it! My Abibitumi sista @Anamay and I are starting a 30 fitness challenge. I’ll also be social dancing, doing aerobics, and doing the fitness challenge app. I’m also doing daily lunches of heavy salads with chickpeas, artichokes, marinated mushrooms as the heavy part + NO meals or snacking after sundown.
