DAY 9: sure I can keep up doing the medium and the easy workout back to back. Imma have to switch something up and neither do them at different times of day or drop one of them all together. The medium feels crazy hard. At the end of each workout session it asked you to rate whether the workout was too easy, just right, or too hard. I put that the medium workout was too hard a couple of days in a row but I don’t think that changes the increasing intensity they give you. we’ll see what the next few days look like.
also I know I’m supposed to do these workouts everyday but if I dance for 2 hours at Night, it’s hard to work out again in the morning.
I also think I need to get more nutrients. I’ve been eating heavy salads but I don’t think I’m eating enough to match the physical activity I’m doing every day.
