When an over six feet tall Afrikan slave in the late 16th century landed in Japan, he struck out like a sore thumb. People lost all modesty and nearly caused a stampede trying to get a closer look. Such a sight was so foreign in Kyoto, he was one of the first Afrikans to ever arrive on the island that the powerful Japanese Warlord at the time orderd him to remove his clothing while a flock of servants tried to scrub off what they thought were “black ink” off his skin. Little did this warlord know that this Afrikan man was destined to become the world’s first “Black Samurai” later named Yasuke.
(Story will be explained at a later time).
