As much as I was raised by both parents & possibly what they would call the middle class Afrikan/Black family, I never distanced myself from ppl in the hood or saw myself better than them. Tupac & others similar to him made me see our ppl in d hood in a different light & knowing that having both parents in the family dynamic that are healthy can result in having healthy children, that then will produce a healthy community.
