I’m curious to know what everyone’s diet like…
Are you a Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Foodist, Meat Eater?
Do you follow a specific diet like intermittent fasting, Ketogenic, etc.?
Do you drink?
Guilty food pleasures?
How often do you exercise?

I’ll start.
– In the past, I’ve tried the Vegan route and was unsuccessful, most likely owing to starting the diet cold “turkey” (no pun intended). Currently, I’m a pescatarian, and I eat fish, 3- 4xs a week. I’m happy with my progress thus far and can hopefully phase the fish out in the future.
– I don’t follow a particular diet, but I have to say, Baba Keidi’s books and Nana Opare’s books and newsletters have been very influential in adding more raw foods into my diet. I can say that the majority of my food, roughly 65% are raw foods, i.e., vegetables, salads, smoothies, etc.
– I occasionally drink maybe once a month if that, and I don’t smoke. I workout 4-5xs a week.
– My guilty pleasures are fries, out of my air fryer.

Do you drink Cashew milk? One of my friends told me that Cashew milk and oat milk taste good.

Coconut cream, cashews, and bananas make an awesome smoothie.

Mostly plant based but I do enjoy fish and seafood. No meat.
