The initial obstacles was the lock on my mind that my parents and grandparents fed me meat and dairy and a whole range of unhealthy foods and I was so used to them I could not stop eating them. Once I realized how ridiculous that was, I was able to really look at what I was eating and make the changes I needed for my health and wellbeing. Now I meal plan with containers for the week. I have discovered that it is a myth that eating healthy cost more. That is so not true!

You will enjoy the self discovery that meal planning brings. Meal planning is a personal journey. I watched some instructional videos, but I realize that I have to do what I like. The wonderful thing is how many choices I have. Once I have my own garden those choices will increase. I do not have a cook book I mostly use YouTube for meal ideas.
