If we had more Afrikan=Black people building the Afrikan=Black nation rather than the eurasian nation, our structures, infrastructure, and institutions would be in better shape. Thoughts?

This is very true. We are in North America and Europe contributing to the building of those societies while our homeland lags. Should we redirect our efforts towards Africa and the Caribbean, we should be able to match and surpass developments made by those other nations. Unfortunately the systemic challenges are seemingly almost insurmountable. There needs to be a political and economic re-organization. Society as we know it needs to change, governments must encourage small business and the people must understand the importance to supporting local business and institutions. The tax collected can then be used to invest in needed infrastructure, education and social services.

I am trying to engage with different people and organizations. I am a partner in a management consulting firm in the construction/infrastructure industry. We are actively seeking projects on the African Continent and the Caribbean. Small steps but focused.

These sound good. Anything related to solar?

I have not worked on solar but my other 2 partners have. My focus has been on transportation – rail and road bridges and structures. As a company we can provide advisory services for Public Private Partnership (P3) projects. In terms of design for solar, yes we can do that as well.

That’s BlackNificent. Let’s speak sometime towards the end of the month and discuss the possibilities.

The system is the real problem, you are trying to operate within a system that has a 16th century built in framework that was never conducive to the development of the African, neither on the continent nor in the Caribbean. Living in colonizer domiciles would be even worse. Currently they are rebuilding another system around that, if you don’t build your own, you will continue to reside in what they build and are fully expected to reassimilate.

“Systems do not exist apart from individuals. They are, indeed, the creation and expression of men and women. Therefore…black scholars must not stop with systems when we identify the enemy. For there is no escape from the fact that all those ‘good’ white people who support, uphold, acquiesce in (and encourage Blacks to believe in) these systems are the enemy. It really makes little difference whether such people fervently grasp this American Way of Death out of their fear of freedom, or cooly consent because of their cynical refusal to believe that fundamental change toward a renewed humanity is possible. Whatever the reasons, they fit the identification.”

I have noted because of interactions with various mindsets on different forums for 8 straight years, that reality must slowly be reintroduced and most often during the times when situations occur that weaken toxic belief systems, that’s the best time to suggest inner awareness and aha moments, stripping away the colonial grasp. Mind controllers knew exactly what they were doing to concretize the freezing of the African spirit and knowledge base.

Most still have to shed the western shell of delusions., it’s a process, a cleansing of the mind has to begin first.
