The Dred Scott Case has been Overruled by a New Case Law called the “Dead Scott Case” my little Folklore it goes like this Scott was a white man who was enslaving the Minds of Black People he had them in a “SLAVE TERRITORY” State. Through this Struggle Black People began to Ra’Member their Story, they began to Ra’Member who they Truly Were. They soon found themselves in a “FREE TERRITORY” State. When this TRANSFORMATION took place Scott was Instantly DEAD!! AN Opinion came down and stated “A white man has NO RIGHTS that a BLACK MAN IS BOUND TO RESPECT” I hope y’all understand the message.
