1+ hour straight Capoeira this morning listening to ODOO and Beasts of No Nation in full while doing it. Mainly ginga with punches throughout from beginning to end with kicks interspersed. I did my regular routine including some leg lifts on the ground. Once I got to the Capoeira about 40 minutes in I realized that some ants had gotten on me earlier and drowned in sweat on my arm and back. No escape once you’re on for the ride.
