They continue to push the false narrative of ‘Africa Rising’ and the illusion of ‘Free Trade’ as a panacea, knowing full well that ‘Free Movement’ of goods has never alter impoverishment, nor can it. This is a better integration of the Black Comprador Class into the economics of the imperial center. This falls in line with the economic agenda of continued neoliberal domination of the Washington Consensus.
