Started the week with an “appetizer” exercise: 12 minute abs and arms workout.
Patience and leniency has helped me to maintain this fitness journey, even though I’ve been inconsistent. What matters is that now, I love to exercise so much that when I fall off, I miss it! I don’t always hold myself to do a 30-minute workout, so a 5 or 10 minute will substitute every now and then. Be realistic and patient with yourself and the results will come.-
