Greetings sis, I couldn’t have said it better myself.. I just saw a proverb in which the message was “some things never change”. The cavebeast has always exploited, stolen, and caused suffering. These Afrikan “leaders” should be ashamed of themselves for letting these pasty people exploit the locals and the resources. No one is asking why don’t they go to the poor parts of Europe/the United snakkkes/Latin amerikkka and try this nonsense?? I am hoping that this project doesn’t come into reality.

I also hope that those brothers and sisters with their tech knowledge decides to go back and “big up” Afrika in that sector and stop serving their enemies. At the end of the day, they are only making these krakkas richer.

Totally agree with @nkemanagor assessment of the deal. There is really only one goal that eurasians are working toward and that is total control of AF minerals and lands as inputs to their industrial processes.FB is part of the American surveillance infrastructure (military funded just like Apple, Goog, etc) which monitors social connections, conversations and movements. FB can’t grow any further in the US or Europe and as @dukuzumurenyi has said, the West sees Africa as “the last frontier which unfortunately has too many people”. Cutting cable routes thru jungle will require roads and that level of construction alone will lead to water pollution, wildlife displacement, sexual violence just as it has done in the Amazon and in Canada.
I recall reading about some clever village guys who set up their own solar powered Local Area Network which worked just fine. We need a bunch of those.
