Historically speaking, Power must be seized. The social and political facts associated with elites in a society make it so. The existing Elites, by and large, must be pushed aside and isolated, coopted or preferably subjected to extensive blood-letting. Either the institutions of government must be captured in order to thereby capture, coerce and control the body politic of the state or the body politic, i.e., the state must be captured in order to destroy the government. Power is seized through the mass mobilization of the grassroots body politic by a revolutionary organization with the goal of destroying the existing political-economic system.

I’ll never forget the way @dukuzumurenyi said that KMT leaders didn’t complete the job of eliminating the invaders and therefore they lived to develop new war skills and here we are today.
I can see why you love this stone @makiyasmack. Some of these images directly convey what’s going on but others are less clear. It would be great to have someone explain the scenes and the overall story.
