These past few months, I have made it a mission to give anyone who is not Black “half-assed” customer service. Cavebeasts are lucky to even receive a blink from me.
I can’t recall the last time I asked one of them “how is your day so far?”. I don’t care, that’s why.
This is still an ongoing experiment.
I have lost count of the amount of eurasians who look shocked when I don’t acknowledge them and treat them with the gullible kindness so many in our community are guilty of. I’ve seen people give me nasty looks, not leave a tip, or even stop coming altogether.Am I going to stop anytime soon? Nah. I’m just getting started. Abibifahodie.
