Does anyone know if there is an indigenous Afrikan term for iatrogenesis?

If it doesn’t already exist in Kiswahili I bet you could create it. It’d be some combination of “origin” and “healer”/”doctor”, so that it’s conveyed that the origin of the malady comes from the doctor. -
That makes sense. I do think it would be good to have an indigenous term to explain yurugu medical failures.
